Thank you for your interest in Scott's Grand Dinner Theater. We host rentals throughout the year with great success. With an on-site kitchen, a powerful sound system, and a theater production year-round, the possibilities are endless!


From a small social with finger foods, cocktails and dancing with a band or DJ, to the full Grand experience with a Soulful buffet and Broadway-style show, we are very flexible in accommodating most any kind of event.
The final quote will depend on each group’s variables, so here are some guidelines to help with the general information.


Renting Scott's Grand Dinner Theater - Production Experience

  •  To rent the entire venue on a night open to the public, at least 50 seats must be purchased at the group discount rate for that day. This price includes the buffet, show, tea, coffee, tax, and gratuity. 

  • To rent the venue on a night not open to the public, the requirement is to purchase a minimum of 100 seats to have the buffet and show. The minimum is related to the size and scope of the current production, and is set by the General Manager/Producer.


Whether a business luncheon, awards ceremony, fund raiser, charity event, or black tie banquet, hosting your event at Scott's Grand will ensure great success!
